NEW BINGO Blitz – FAQ




1. Where are my Collection Items?
Click on Inventory, and the 1st tab will display all your Collection Items.

2. Where are my Achievements?
Click on Inventory, and the 2nd tab will display all your Achievements.

3. How can I change my dauber?
Click on Inventory, and the 3rd tab will allow you to change your dauber.

4. How can I change my frame?
Click on Inventory, and the 4th tab will allow you to change your frame.

5. How do I collect my FREE Daily Credits?
When you have daily credits to collect, Blue Credits will appear on the left hand side.  Just click to collect!

6. Where do I find FREE Daily Tournament?
Click on the Tournament icon, and go to the leftmost spot in the carousel.

7. Where do I find Daily Slots?
When your Free Spin is available, a popup will appear asking you to complete your FREE slot spin. You can always access Daily Slots by clicking on the Slots Blitz icon, and go to the leftmost spot in the carousel.

8. Where do I find my Power-Ups?
Click on the Power-Up icon in the top nav.

9. How do I gift items?
Click on the Gift Box icon on the left hand side to send out your regular free gifts. We will add Free Spins soon!

To gift the FREE Collection items or to send any that you have already won, go to your Inventory and select the BINGO Blitz room. From there, click on the collection item you would like to send and then click Gift to a Friend.

10. How do I invite friends to be teammates?
Click on the Friends icon on the left hand side, and then click on the Invite button.

11. How do I see my team challenge Bingo Points progress?
Click on Half-hidden Blue Credits icon on the left hand side.

12. How do I mute the music, sound or the voice?
Click on the Home icon on the top left side, and select the option you wish to mute.

13. How do I submit a Customer Support Ticket?
Click on the Home icon on the top left side, and click the Support button.

14. Where are my inbox messages?
Click on the green Mailbox icon on the left hand side. When you have mail, an indicator will show how many new messages there are and the inbox will open.

15. How do I see my profile?
Click on Inventory, and the top area will display your profile information.

16. How do I join Elite?
Click on the BINGO Credit or BINGO Coin icon in the top nav, and click on the Learn More button for Elite.

*Note: You can only join BINGO Blitz Elite through Facebook, but you will receive all your Elite perks when you play across all platforms (iOS, Android, Kindle Fire).

17. How do I get to the lobby from a Bingo or Slots room?
Click on the Star icon in the top left corner, then click on the Lobby button.


18. How do I see my XP Bar Stats?
While in a BINGO room, click on the XP Bar and your stats will display.


19. How do I see the list of players in a room?
Click on any of the players on the right hand side, and the list will expand.

To close the list of players, click on the Star or Puzzle icons on the bottom right.
